§2-2-5. Acts by agent or deputy.

WV Code § 2-2-5 (2015) What's This?

When a statute requires an act to be done by an officer or person, it shall be sufficient if it be done by his agent or deputy, unless it be such as cannot lawfully be done by deputation.
