§64-9-1. State Board of Examiners for Licensed Practical Nurses.The legislative rule filed in the state register on the July 9, 2009, authorized under the authority of section five, article seven-a, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the State Board of Examiners for Licensed Practical Nurses to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the state register on October 19, 2009, relating to the State Board of Examiners for Licensed Practical Nurses (policies and procedures for development and maintenance of educational programs in practical nursing, 10 CSR 1), is authorized.
