§55-2-11. Action or scire facias on recognizance.
§55-2-11. Action or scire facias on recognizance.Every action or scire facias upon a recognizance shall, if it be not a recognizance of bail, be commenced within ten years next after the right to bring the same shall have first accrued; and, if it be a recognizance of bail, within three years after the right to bring the same shall have first accrued.
