§49-11-10. Rule-making authority.
§49-11-10. Rule-making authority.The Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Resources is authorized to propose rules necessary to implement the provisions of this article for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
