§47-1A-18. Penalties for violations.
§47-1A-18. Penalties for violations. Any person who violates a provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall, for a first offense, be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars; for a second or subsequent offense, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days, or both, such fine and imprisonment to be within the discretion of the court.
