§32A-2-20. Injunction.
§32A-2-20. Injunction.If it appears to the commissioner that a person has committed or is about to commit a violation of this article, a rule promulgated thereunder, or an order of the commissioner, the commissioner may apply to the circuit court of Kanawha County or the county in which the violation occurred for an order enjoining the person from violating or continuing to violate the article, rule, or order and for injunctive or other relief that the nature of the case may require and may, in addition, request the court to assess civil penalties as provided under this article.
