§30-5-23. Relief by injunction.
The board of pharmacy or any person, corporation, or association, in addition to the remedy set forth, may apply to a court having competent jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter, for a writ of injunction to restrain repetitious violations of the provisions of this article.
