§23-1-8. Authority of executive director and employees as to oaths
and evidence.The executive director, associate director and other employees appointed by the executive director may, for the purpose contemplated by this chapter, administer oaths, certify official acts, take depositions, issue subpoenas and compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of pertinent books, accounts, papers, records, documents and testimony.
