§23-1-5. Office of executive director; hearings.
§23-1-5. Office of executive director; hearings.The executive director shall keep and maintain his or her office at the seat of government and shall provide a suitable room or rooms, necessary office furniture, supplies, books, periodicals, maps and other equipment. After due notice, showing the time and place, the executive director may hold hearings anywhere within the state, or elsewhere by agreement of claimant and employer, with the approval of the executive director.
