§21-5A-10. Existing contracts.
§21-5A-10. Existing contracts. This article shall apply only to contracts for construction on public improvements let after the effective date of this article, and to construction on public improvements for which there has been determined the fair minimum wage rates as provided in this article, and such determination has not been appealed from as may be provided by this article.
