§21-3-4. Removal of safeguards.
§21-3-4. Removal of safeguards. No person shall remove or make ineffective any safeguard required by this article, during the active use or operation of the guarded machine or device, except for the purpose of immediately making repairs thereto, and all such safeguards so removed shall be promptly replaced.
