§19-10A-5. Container requirements.No distributor may market eggs unless there is clearly designated on the container the consumer grade and size or weight class established in accordance with the provisions of this article and the eggs shall conform to the designated grade and size or weight class, except when sold on contract to an agency of the United States government.
