§18-7A-33. Constitutionality.
§18-7A-33. Constitutionality. If any part of this article is declared unconstitutional, it shall not affect any portion which remains, but the remaining portions of the article shall be in full force and effect as if the portions declared unconstitutional had never been a part of the article.
