§18-2D-2. Definition.
§18-2D-2. Definition. For the purpose of this article "community education" means a process by which public facilities in a community are utilized as community centers operated in conjunction with governmental agencies and community service organizations to provide educational, including, but not limited to, driver education courses, recreational, cultural, social, health and other community services for all persons in such community in accordance with the needs, interests and concerns of such community.
