§17A-2A-9. Fees.
§17A-2A-9. Fees.Any person making a request for disclosure of personal information required or permitted under sections five through eight of this article, both inclusive, shall pay to the division all reasonable fees related to providing the information: Provided, That all fees under this section shall be set by legislative rule pursuant to article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
