§17A-12-2. Repeal of inconsistent provisions. The provisions of any acts or parts of acts, or of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
