§17A-12-1. Severability.
§17A-12-1. Severability. If any part or parts of this chapter shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of the remaining part or parts of this chapter. The Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed the remaining part or parts of this chapter if it had known that such part or parts thereof would be declared unconstitutional or invalid.
