§16-5O-11. Rules.
§16-5O-11. Rules.The department shall promulgate emergency rules pursuant to the provisions of section fifteen, article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this article. Subsequently, the department may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code.
