§16-2I-4. Internet website.Within ninety days of the effective date of this article, the secretary of the department of health and human resources shall develop and maintain a stable internet website to provide the information required to be provided pursuant to the provisions of section three of this article. No information regarding persons visiting the website may be collected or maintained. The secretary of the department of health and human resources shall monitor the website on a daily basis to prevent and correct tampering.
