§16-22-4. Penalties for violating provisions of article.
§16-22-4. Penalties for violating provisions of article. Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than fifty dollars. Violation of each such provision shall be considered a separate offense.
