§12-1-8. Conflict of interest.
§12-1-8. Conflict of interest.No depository in this state may serve or be eligible for designation as a state depository if any employee of the treasurer's office, or a spouse or minor child of that employee, is an officer, director or employee of the depository or owns greater than two percent of the depository either in his or her own name or beneficially or an interest in the depository. An employee of the treasurer's office shall disclose the circumstance, if any, in the sworn statement required under the provisions of section one, article one, chapter six-b of this code.
