§11-6I-9. Forms, instructions and regulations.The Tax Commissioner shall prescribe and supply all necessary instructions and forms for administration of this article. Additionally, the Tax Commissioner may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, as the Tax Commissioner considers necessary for the implementation of this article.
