§7-9-5. Contracts.
§7-9-5. Contracts.Contracts may be made by or on behalf of the board, but it shall be essential to the validity of every such contract that the same shall be assented to at a regular meeting by a majority of all members, and a minute thereof entered on the journal of its proceedings.
