§5D-1-9. Expenses of authority.
§5D-1-9. Expenses of authority.From time to time the Legislature may appropriate funds to be used for the purposes of this article. All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this article shall be payable solely from funds of the authority or from funds appropriated to the authority for such purpose by the Legislature. Such article does not authorize the authority to incur indebtedness or liability on behalf of or payable by the state.
