§61-2-20 Jurisdiction of crime of dueling.
§61-2-20. Jurisdiction of crime of dueling.An offender under either of the two preceding sections may be prosecuted in the county in which the death occurs, if it occur within the state; and if not, in any county in which the offender may be found.
