§49-5D-8. Exemption from multidisciplinary team review for
emergency out-of-home placements.Notwithstanding any provisions of this article to the contrary, a multidisciplinary team recommendation shall not be required for temporary out-of-home placement of a child in an emergency circumstance or for purposes of assessment as provided for by the provisions of this article.
