§49-2B-16. Implementation of the Integrated Pest Management
Program.By the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred ninety-five, the secretary shall implement the Integrated Pest Management Program promulgated under rules by the Department of Agriculture under authority of section four, article sixteen-a, chapter nineteen of this code.
