§31A-8F-5 Branches by domestic subsidiary banks owned by a foreign bank.
§31A-8F-5. Branches by domestic subsidiary banks owned by a
foreign bank.An out-of-state bank which is a domestic subsidiary of, or controlled by a foreign bank, may establish branches in this state through merger, de novo entry or the acquisition of branches on the same terms as any other bank sharing that same home state pursuant to articles eight-d and eight-e of this chapter.
