§29-5A-20 Licenses for contestants, referees and managers.
§29-5A-20. Licenses for contestants, referees and managers.No professional contestant, trainer, inspector, referee or professional manager is permitted to take part in any boxing contest or exhibition unless holding a license from the state, said license to be issued by the commission upon payment of ten dollars a year. Such fees shall accompany the application and shall be in the form of a certified check or money order and shall be issued to the treasurer of the state of West Virginia to be deposited in the general fund. Should such license not be granted, the treasurer shall refund the full amount.
