§29-3D-8 Inapplicability of local ordinances.
§29-3D-8. Inapplicability of local ordinances.On and after the first day of January, two thousand nine, a political subdivision of this state may not require, as a condition precedent to the performance of fire protection work in the political subdivision, a person who holds a valid and current license issued under the provisions of this article, to have any other license or other evidence of competence as a fire protection worker.
