§29-3-13 Annual reports.
§29-3-13. Annual reports. The state fire commission shall transmit annually to the governor by October thirty-first of each year, an annual report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year. The annual reports shall include documents pertaining to the function and operation of the state fire administrator's office and the state fire marshal's office for the preceding fiscal year.
