§29-22B-329 Service technician defined.
§29-22B-329. Service technician defined."Service technician" means an individual who is licensed under this article to service, maintain and repair video lottery terminals that are registered under this article. A licensed service technician may be a sole proprietor, partner, or an employee of a person licensed under this article or an employee of a business not licensed under this article that services, maintains and repairs video lottery terminals owned or leased by a permittee through one or more service technicians.
