§29-22B-317 Lottery defined.
§29-22B-317. Lottery defined."Lottery" means the public gaming systems or games regulated, controlled, owned and operated by the state lottery commission as provided in this article and in articles 29-22-1, et seq., 29-22A-1, et seq., and article 29-25-1, et seq.
