§29-22B-314 License defined.
§29-22B-314. License defined."License" or "video lottery license" means authorization granted by the commission pursuant to this article to a person permitting that person to engage in the activity for which the license was issued. "License used in this article" means a license issued by the commission as provided in this article that has not expired or been canceled, revoked or suspended by the director or the commission.
