§29-1H-9 Conflicting laws.
§29-1H-9. Conflicting laws. In the event the provisions of the Appalachian States Low- Level Radioactive Waste Compact, this article or any rules and regulations lawfully promulgated thereunder shall be or become inconsistent with any other provisions of this code, the provisions of the Appalachian States Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact and this article and the rules and regulations lawfully promulgated thereunder shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency and the conflicting provisions shall be null and void to the extent of such inconsistency.
