§22A-2-48. When respiratory equipment to be worn; control of
dust.Miners exposed for short periods to gas-, dust-, fume-, and mist-inhalation hazards shall wear permissible respiratory equipment. Dust shall be controlled by the use of permissible dust collectors or other approved methods.
