§18-7C-13 Due process and right to appeal.
§18-7C-13. Due process and right to appeal.Any person aggrieved by any determination made by the board following the election, if the result of the election is in favor of merger and consolidation, may petition the board and receive an administrative hearing on the matter in dispute. The administrative decision may be appealed to a circuit court.
