§18-5-15e Study on school equity.
§18-5-15e. Study on school equity.County boards shall conduct a comprehensive study to determine equality of funding and programs among the various schools within each county. Such study shall consider issues including, but not limited to, cost per pupil and availability of curriculum and programs. County boards shall submit a report to the legislative oversight commission on education accountability by the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three.
