§18-2E-4a Exception to requirement of mailing school report cards.
§18-2E-4a. Exception to requirement of mailing school report
cards.Notwithstanding the provisions of section four of this article requiring school report cards to be mailed directly to the parent or parents of each child enrolled in the school, such report cards may, at the option of the county board of education, be mailed as provided in said section four or be given to each child for delivery to his or her parent, parents, custodian or legal guardian: Provided, That if the school report card is delivered by the child, written verification must be received by the school indicating the parent, parents, custodian or legal guardian has received the school report card.
