§18-2E-1 Legislative purpose.
§18-2E-1. Legislative purpose.The purpose of this article is to provide for the establishment of high quality educational standards, to provide for the evaluation of student progress in attaining the knowledge and skills essential for them to become productive members of society, and to provide assurances to the public that a thorough and efficient system of education is being provided for all public school children in West Virginia.
