§18-23-2 Execution of deeds and contracts.

§18-23-2. Execution of deeds and contracts.
All deeds, contracts, agreements and other such writings may be executed by the governing boards by the signing of the name of the board thereto by the president of the board attested by the signature of the secretary of the board; and, when so executed, the same may be acknowledged and recorded as other writings.
