§18-12B-11 Attorney general or his duly appointed legal representative to serve as bond counsel.
§18-12B-11. Attorney general or his duly appointed legal
representative to serve as bond counsel. The attorney general, or his duly appointed legal representative, shall serve as bond counsel and shall be responsible for the issuance of a final approving opinion regarding the legality of the sale of bonds under this article.
