§17C-17A-7. Permit application procedure.The commission shall propose in accordance with provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code by emergency and legislative rules, filed no later than the first day of October, two thousand three, a permit application procedure for the issuance of permits pursuant to the authority contained within this article.
