CHAPTER 17C. TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AND LAWS OF THE ROAD
ARTICLE 1. WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED.
§17C-1-28 Division.
§17C-1-28. Division."Division" means the division of motor vehicles of this state acting directly or through its duly authorized officers and agents. Wherever in this chapter reference is made to "the department of motor vehicles" or "the department", unless a different meaning is clearly required, the reference shall be deemed to be a reference to the division of motor vehicles.
