§17A-6-12 Operation of vehicles under special plates.
§17A-6-12. Operation of vehicles under special plates.A dealer holding an unexpired, unsuspended and unrevoked license certificate and owning a vehicle or vehicles of the type he is licensed to sell hereunder and which are otherwise required to be registered under this chapter may operate or move the same upon the streets and highways without registering each such vehicle upon condition that any such vehicle display thereon a special plate issued to such dealer as provided in this article.
