§17A-2-20 Legal service rendered commissioner.
§17A-2-20. Legal service rendered commissioner. It shall be the duty of the attorney general of this state and of his assistants and of the prosecuting attorneys of the several counties, to render to the commissioner, without additional compensation, such legal services as he shall require of them in the discharge of his duties under the provisions of this chapter.
