§16-5N-4 Administrative and inspection staff.
§16-5N-4. Administrative and inspection staff.The director may, at any time he or she considers necessary, employ administrative employees, inspectors or other persons to properly implement the provisions of this article. Employees of the division shall be members of the state civil service system and shall enforce the provisions of this article and the rules promulgated hereunder. In discharging their official duties, employees of the division have the right of entry into any place maintained as a residential care community.
