§16-5L-21 Promulgation of rules.
§16-5L-21. Promulgation of rules.Pursuant to chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, the state long-term care ombudsman and the state commission on aging shall promulgate rules to effectuate the purposes and provisions of this article.
