§16-34-12 Records review.
§16-34-12. Records review.If the director requests to examine records, no licensed radon tester, mitigation specialist, mitigation contractor or operator of a radon laboratory or a training course approved under section six of this article shall fail to make available to the director any records pertinent to the activities regulated by this article and rules adopted under it.
