§14-2-1 Purpose.
§14-2-1. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to provide a simple and expeditious method for the consideration of claims against the state that because of the provisions of section 35, article VI of the constitution of the state, and of statutory restrictions, inhibitions or limitations, cannot be determined in the regular courts of the state; and to provide for proceedings in which the state has a special interest.
